Copier
You need to have a copy code in order to make copies.
If you don't know yours, please come see Jillian or Monica.
If there is a problem with the copier, please send a message describing the problem to Fixit [fixit@cs.stanford.edu] and reference the 3B Copier.

Fax
You can find instructions for use next to the fax machine.
For long distance phone numbers, you will need to have a long distance code.
If you don't remember yours, please come see Jillian or Monica.
If you notice flashing red lights, the machine either needs paper or toner.
The paper tray is located at the bottom and has a handle. Give the drawer a good tug (seriously, pull hard!) and refill the paper supply.
For toner, come see Jillian or Monica.
There are copies of the fax cover sheets next to the fax machine. If the stack is running low, please make more copies. Here is an online version.

Mail
Mail is usually delivered between 3:30 and 4:30 pm. Sorting the mail is a community task. If you notice it hasn't been sorted for the day, and you have a few spare moments, please sort it.
If you need to have your name added to a box, or if your name needs to be changed, please see Jillian or Monica.
